Dusty and brown

My uncle and me and Brinda and Neave were reading a book called "This is the Stable."  The only word that was in it was "dusty and brown."

We finally got some snow, and a lot of it. So much that our car, and *almost* our grandpa's pickup with 4-wheel drive, got stuck in it.

Christmas, by Brinda

I had two Christmases, one in our house and one early one in my Grandpa's house and my Grandma's house.

I had a happy new years and we banged pots and pans and said happy new years and we woke up our neighbors.

Neave and Funky Monkey are cute together.

The chickens I think are all out there and the picture is nice with the chickens.

The four-wheeler is in the machine shed - the *new* machine shed, not the old machine shed.

My farm is nice, and there's lots of busy cars in my country.  And I like this country because I live by my Grandpa and Grandma and I had a nice Christmas with my Grandma and Grandpa.

our trip to Boston

In the beginning of December we took a trip to Boston to Uncle Bob and Uncle Bill and Aunt Joan.  We flew from Minneapolis.

This is on our way to Peter Pan with our Uncle Bob.  The play was really fun.  There were cannonballs.

We ate supper at Fran's cabin.

This is Albert John and Rocco.  We were zooming a little playmobile four-wheeler down the stairs in the cabin.

This is me serving ice cream after supper in the cabin.

These are the Christmas lights we saw when we were taking a walk in Boston.
When we got back to Minneapolis, there was tons of snow on the ground.  Now it is all melted.

the train to Glacier National Park

In the train, it was fun.  They had bunk beds and a dining car.  The food was good. We got ice cream with a spoon in the lid.

Then we got off for breaks.  We got to see the Badlands.

Here we are in St. Paul, watching the train arrive.

Trail Cam

I got a trail camera for my birthday. We set a dead turkey out on the edge of our woods by our house. And a coyote and a deer and a rabbit and a skunk and a fox came. And then the camera caught a picture of all of them.
This is my coyote picture.

Deer.

Here is the rabbit that my camera caught. And the rabbit had three pictures, every time it hopped in front of the camera and motion sensor.

This is the skunk. PEE-EW!!!

This is the fox. It is COOL!

in Glacier National Park

We are by tree roots. It was cold.

We took the train to Glacier to see the park. We saw a bear and a couple mule deer and white tail deer too. We saw deer out of our hotel window. They peed a lot like a hose. We don't want to go in that yard.

We were at a lodge with very friendly dogs. It was my favorite lodge.
